These terms govern your use of DigitalSync.

By accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

License & content

Digital products purchased through the storefront are licensed under the terms displayed at checkout. License keys are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is governed by the seller's refund policy displayed on the product page.

Selling on this store

Anyone may apply to sell. We review each application and may approve or decline it at our discretion, and we do not have to give a reason.

What you keep

You receive 80% of the net sale — the price the buyer paid, less tax and less any discount we applied. We keep the remainder. Your rate is shown on your vendor dashboard and we will tell you before we change it; a change applies to future sales only and never reprices one already made.

When you are paid

Earnings become payable 30 days after the order, once the refund window has closed, and are paid once your cleared balance passes $50.00 in that currency. Each currency is settled separately. If a buyer is refunded before your earnings clear, those earnings are reversed; if a refund reaches us after you have already been paid, we absorb it and will not bill you for it.

Who sells to the buyer

We are the seller of record. The buyer transacts with us, we collect the payment and any tax due, and we are responsible to them for the sale. You supply the product to us and we pay you your share. Because of this, we do not pass your buyers' personal details to you — you will see the order reference, the date, the product and the amount. Support that needs a buyer's identity comes through us.

Your listings

You must own or be licensed to sell everything you list, and your listing must describe it accurately. Every listing is reviewed before it goes on sale, and a material change — the name, description, category or the file itself — sends it back for review. Price changes publish immediately. We may decline, remove or unpublish a listing at any time, and we will tell you why.

We may scan uploaded files for malware. A file that fails is withdrawn from sale immediately. Scanning is a precaution, not a warranty: you remain responsible for what you upload.

Subscription products are not available to sellers at this time.

Ending the arrangement

You may stop selling at any time. We may suspend you, which withdraws your listings and your access but does not cancel what we already owe you — a suspended seller is still paid their cleared balance. Buyers who have already purchased keep their downloads either way.

If you close your account we remove your personal details and keep the financial record of what was sold and paid, as described in our privacy policy.

Affiliate program

Affiliates may earn commission on referred sales subject to the program rules.
