DigitalSync respects your privacy.

What we collect

Account info (name, email), order history, license activations, and IP/user-agent for fraud prevention.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication and the affiliate referral cookie for attributing commissions to a referrer.

Payment data

Card data is handled by our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal). We never store full card numbers.

If you sell on this store

When you apply to sell, we store the trading name, payout address and description you give us, and we keep a record of each sale of your products: what was sold, the amount, our commission and what we paid you.

We do not share the personal details of your buyers with you. Sellers see the order reference, the date, the product and the amount — never a buyer's name, email or address.

Data retention

Order and license records are retained as required by tax/audit law (typically 7 years).

Seller payment records are kept on the same basis. If you close your account, we remove your personal details — trading name, description, payout address and the link to your account — but we keep the financial record of what was sold and what was paid, because we are legally required to retain it for tax and accounting purposes. What remains carries no information identifying you.

Your rights

Request export or deletion of your account data via Settings → Account.

Deletion removes your account and personal data. Where law requires us to retain a record of a transaction, we keep only the transaction itself and strip the details that identify you.
